Meet the Teacher Night....

So we had the meet the teacher night last night. Lots of kids yelling and screaming....You know what it is like! The kids ate Hotdogs which winds them both up (they don't get them at home anymore) then we went in to meet the teacher.
I was suprised at what she said about Cameron...she thinks he needs and occupational therapist...I was like....WHAT! She said that his fine motor skills are not developed and he can't hold a pencil properly or use scissors. She said that we need to work with him at home as well as get someone to help him along. She of course asked me if they had said anything to me at his old school and I didn't have this conversation at all...So, now I have a million and one things going through my head. Like I am not doing a good job at being a mom when it comes to this stuff. I can't get Cam to sit and do any kind of work...none. He hates it and I don't like to get him upset because sometimes it is very hard to get him calmed down. She is going to send me home so excersises that we can do with him and look into finding someone, the only thing is she said there have been huge cutbacks with that program. So, needless to say...I am flustered and having a hard time adjusting to the fact that he is not where he is supposed to be. She told me that she had asked what school Cam went to before and if he was from Sarnia and he couldn't answer her...so she had no idea where he came from, she was his record to see if it is mentioned in there. All in all she seems like a very nice woman..she has a website she maintains and you can email her and stuff so I am hoping this works out okay for him. I do know though that it is only 2 weeks into the school year, but I do know that Cam hates to print anything!

Otherwise things are well. I was approached yesterday by someone who wants to sell my rings. He would be my middle man. I am so torn as to what to do, I of course want to do it...but, I need to find the time to do it! Craig said that he is going to take the kids out tomorrow all day so that I can get some work done!
