Three Minutes

We have 3 minutes until our agent gets here to have us sign our offer. So far we are the only offer so things may be going well for us. I feel like there is a sign...yesterday when we left, it was a blizzard on the way home....Now our agent is on the way and it has begun to blizzard out again. Call me crazy but, that is how I am looking at it!
