So now it begins

The wait now to see if all of the work we have done to this home will pay off. At this point, I am just wanting this to be a quick thing. We had our agent walk through this morning.....so we wait to see if anyone wants to come look. We have our new home inspection at 330 today. Looking forward to seeing the house again, we are going to take the video camera and some pics. We are already talking about a big screen and a hottub. Just depends on what this house fetches for us! We were up until 4 am getting Cam's room painted and just little touch up around the house. We a night, we were delerious by the time we went to bed. I was vacuuming and the vacuum was actually putting me to sleep. I just turned it off and crawled into the sack! I am so glad that I didn't have to work this morning.....I would have been bushwacked anyhow.....off we go! An agent is in the house!
